Rollingstone has a great article on why you shouldn’t either. Number one being Diebold is a very shady company and two being the fact you have no way of proving who you voted for. None. I’m thinking this wasn’t how elections were supposed to work…

Busy busy busy
Sorry I haven’t been posting much. Really damned busy at work these days. But here, for your entertainment and amusement, is the story of a nun who got jealous of a priest she was sleeping with (who also had knocked her up twice, each time ending in abortion) for sleeping with another women. So, she attacked him with a machette and burned his place down. Oh, and he’s 70 years old.
Idiocracy – A new and buried movie by Mike Judge
Fox didn’t want to release it at all. The story line sounds hilarious to me if somewhat foreboding.
“So when soldier Joe Bowers (Luke Wilson) wakes up 500 years in the future, the result of a botched hibernation experiment, he finds the country hopelessly dense and incapable of solving the most basic problems. Buildings are teetering and collapsing. Garbage towers high in the streets. Farm fields are barren because a sponsor pumps salty energy drink into every place water used to be — including the irrigation systems.
Most everyone in 2505 is a mouth-breathing lout, barely capable of forming a sentence. They’ve elected as president the guy who seems cool to them, a loudmouthed porn-star wrestler (unfailingly funny Terry Crews, the dad from “Everybody Hates Chris”). They pass their days consuming, defecating, fornicating and gawking at anything that goes boom. Then consuming some more. And because they don’t know any better, they’ve let themselves be co-opted by corporate marketers, taking brands (“Frito”) for names and wearing disposable clothes covered with ads.

Keith Oberman’s rant about 9/11
This is pretty awesome. Lately good ol’ Keith has been stepping it up, taking on Rummy for likening war critics to Nazi sympathizers and now he’s made an awesome speech to Bush regarding his complete fumbling of everything since 9/11.
When those who dissent are told time and time again — as we will be, if not tonight by the President, then tomorrow by his portable public chorus — that he is preserving our freedom, but that if we use any of it, we are somehow un-American…When we are scolded, that if we merely question, we have “forgotten the lessons of 9/11″… look into this empty space behind me and the bi-partisanship upon which this administration also did not build, and tell me:
Who has left this hole in the ground?
We have not forgotten, Mr. President.
You have.
